A clinician with over 15 years’ (7 years with People Asset Management) of clinical, operational, commercial, and management experience. Career history within the Health and Safety Sector which lead into technology and a working opportunity in the United States in IT development. Moved into Nursing 13 years ago where she obtained a 1st Class honours degree and subsequently completed a Post Grad qualification in Specialist Public Health Nursing: Occupational Health.
Kerry’s focus is on performance, commercial and business development while being committed, effective, efficient, solution-focused and leading by example. Kerry works with the leadership team to formulate vision, strategy and deliver growth and great customer experience to offer the “best in class” care for clients.
Dr. Sandeep Singh Sadhra

Sandeep currently leads our ethical and clinical governance and is a very knowledgeable GP where he currently practices on a part-time basis. When not in his GP practice Sandeep works within Occupational Health and PAM’s specialist assessment division. Sandeep is known for his empathetic manner and expertise within the GP and Occupational Health sector. He thrives on putting the patient first and continues to keep updated through CPD, working groups and ensuring individuals have access to personalised screening and validated tests which improve overall health and wellbeing.
Sandeep has always had a particular interest in mental health and recognises how personal wellbeing and preventative medicine can support an individual to be the “best version” of themselves which ultimately improves mental health.
DIRECTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY
Nina is a Chartered Psychologist and has worked as a practitioner for over 15 years across a wide range of industry sectors. She has worked with individuals and teams in organisations in both the public and private sector, from graduates to director level. Nina is passionate about supporting and developing people to ensure they can reach their full potential. Over the last 7 years her work as focused on neurodiversity in the workplace and higher education settings.
Nina’s work in diagnostic assessment and workplace needs assessment provides individuals with recommendations, tools, and support to enable them to work at their best. She also works with organisations providing guidance on how to support those individuals and is keen to highlight the role assistive technology can play. Nina is a member of the British Psychological Society, Division of Occupational Psychology, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is currently Co-Chair of the DOP Neurodiversity & Employment Committee. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors and HCPC registered.

Laura is a highly-driven individual with a proven track record of working with organisations to develop and embed Health and Wellbeing strategies. She is responsible for the delivery of health promotion activity including health assessments, training and workshops at PAM Group, and ensures the clinical and quality assurance for a nationwide team of Health & Wellness experts. Laura has advanced knowledge in preventative medicine, nutrition, exercise prescription, lifestyle modification and behaviour change.
Laura has been with PAM Group since November 2016. Prior to this, Laura’s experience includes 2 ½ years at Nuffield Health leading on the provision for health screening and wellbeing programmes to one of the UK’s leading supermarket giants.
