The MyPath Hub offers a centralised platform, seamlessly integrating Account Management with Case Management, Technical Support and our Client Services Helpline. Once a referral has been received, a triage system separates complex from non-complex cases with our team of dedicated staff on-hand to ensure the efficient managing of requests. In addition, our integrated service is equipped to submit Access to Work applications (after approval) on behalf of a business by working with an individual to maximise funding.
