As part of the Perform package, you will have access to an additional module. A Doctor will recommend the most clinically relevant module for you to support you on your journey to optimal health.
Our modules are delivered by our Health & Wellness Expert’s who use evidence-based behaviour change techniques to help you improve specific health areas. These are delivered over a 6-12 week period, following which you’ll be invited for a repeat blood test to see the outcomes of the changes you’ve made.

Diabetes can reduce life expectancy, yet over half a million people in the UK are predicted to have type 2 diabetes without knowing it. This module will assess the individual’s diabetes risk by considering a variety of factors, including their self-reported body composition measurements, lifestyle habits and family history. Using clinical algorithms (Diabetes QRisk score) we will determine their 10-year risk and analyse the individuals HbA1c. Our Health and Wellness Expert will help you to manage your risk of disease through exercise, nutrition and evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
Heart disease is a major cause of premature death, so a healthy heart is essential to health and wellbeing; however, it’s heavily influenced by our lifestyle. During this module, we will assess the individual’s risk of cardiovascular disease. Alongside this information and your cholesterol profile, our Health & Wellness Expert will support you to make informed decisions to improve heart health and reduce the future risk of cardiovascular disease.
We know that smoking is associated with risks of heart attacks, strokes, cancers and respiratory illness but with the combination of nicotine addiction and the long-standing habit of smoking, quitting for good can be challenging. Our Health & Wellness Experts are trained in smoking cessation and are here to support you on your journey to quit for good. You will work together to find the positives in previous quit attempts and use them to your advantage, understand and overcome cravings and identify what further support is available.
Poor nutrition is associated with reduced quality of life, increased risk of various diseases and shortened life span. Whether you’re looking to get healthier, improve their biomarkers learn more about their current nutrition habits or for their weight, our team will provide expert guidance on how to effectively achieve their goals. We will explore macronutrients, micronutrients and include action planning so you can apply what you’ve learnt. You’ll be asked to keep a food diary so our team can guide you to healthy choices.
We will guide individual’s through the evidence that really works with our unique weight loss programme. Our Health & Wellness Expert will help set realistic goals, understand how to manage sustainable behaviour change, advise on required calories consumption, metabolic rate and advise on healthy meal planning.
Mental Wellbeing and Stress Management:
Our mental wellbeing and resilience is a significant part of our health and wellbeing. During this module, our Health & Wellness Expert’s will assess the individuals strengths and identify areas of development in the different resilience domains. With this information, and the biomarkers from the blood test, our team will explore techniques designed to improve responses to stressful and high-pressured situations to enhance emotional wellbeing.
